This walkthrough is for the moment when Arco looks quiet and you are not sure whether it is still uploading or genuinely stuck. The key shift is to separate transport from processing: a large lesson can be completely healthy while it is still moving audio to the cloud.
- Uploading means the audio file is still being transferred and the transcript is not ready yet.
- Processing means the audio is available and Arco is generating transcript, summary, and related lesson data.
- Ready means the transcript, summary, and chat context are available for normal use.
If your web browser slept mid-upload, give the lesson a moment after wake-up. If it still does not recover, send a private bug report from Support and include the device, browser, and what happened right before the lesson appeared stuck.
